OSSIX™ PLUS™ is a resorbable collagen membrane derived from porcine tendons that is used for guided bone regeneration (GBR) and guided tissue regeneration (GTR). Due to the membrane's unique GLYMATRIX™ cross-linking technology, OSSIX™ PLUS™ has the ability to maintain functional integrity for 4-6 months, allowing the regenerative process to occur. The GLYMATRIX™ cross-linking technology's non-enzymatic glycation process is natural, using agents similar to those found in the human body. The OSSIX™ PLUS™ membrane has excellent handling characteristics for ease of use; there is no need to tack or suture; it's dual sided for easier application; and it easily shapes and adapts to any geometry. The OSSIX™ PLUS™ membrane is available in 3 membrane sizes: 15 mm x 25 mm, 25 mm x 30 mm and 30 mm x 40 mm.
